Connect a bank with Plaid

finura connects to your bank through Plaid, a regulated account-aggregation service that supports 12,000+ institutions across the US, UK, and EU. finura never sees or stores your bank password.

Adding an account

1. Go to Accounts → Add account.
2. Search for your bank and select it.
3. You'll be handed to your bank's own secure login (through Plaid) to authorize access.
4. Choose which accounts to share, and confirm.

Balances and transactions begin syncing, and finura converts them into your primary currency.

What finura can and can't do

Connections are read-only. finura can see balances and transactions; it cannot move money, make payments, or change anything at your bank.

Disconnecting

To revoke access, go to Accounts → (institution) → Disconnect. This ends the Plaid connection and lets you delete the synced data.
